How long is the CBC Program

The CBC training program is a 40-hour course delivered over 10 weeks.

The first 8 weeks include a 3-hour theory session, which is recorded and can be attended live or watched at your convenience. In addition, there is a 1.5-hour skills training group each week that requires live attendance and active participation.

In the final three weeks, the program shifts to skills practice only, with no additional theory sessions.

CBT-Based Coaching vs. Therapy: What's the Difference?

CBT is often associated with psychotherapy, but its evidence-based principles are also used in coaching, leadership, sports, education, and other fields to support meaningful behavior change.

In coaching, CBT focuses on helping clients achieve their goals, overcome obstacles, and build lasting patterns for growth and performance.
