About
The CBC Training organization was founded with a simple mission: to make science-backed cognitive-behavioral tools accessible to coaches around the world.
The institute was established by the founders of the CBT Clinic, an organization with over 13 years of experience delivering training programs for therapists accredited by the European Association for Cognitive Behavioural Therapies (EACBT), as well as providing education to non-clinical professionals, including educators, HR leaders, and coaches. The CBT Clinic has served thousands of clients, contributing to a deep, practice-informed understanding of human behavior, change, and performance. Building on this foundation
The CBC Training Institute translates this deep evidence-based foundation into coach-specific, non-clinical learning programs designed to support ethical, competency-based coaching. The Institute is co-founded and led by ICF-accredited coaches, who apply these tools with individuals operating in high-stakes, demanding environments. We ensure that all programs remain firmly positioned within the scope of coaching while equipping coaches with practical, research-grounded tools to support clarity, self-awareness, resilience, performance, and meaningful, lasting impact..

Our Program
Our program is designed for accredited ACC, PCC, and MCC coaches who are seeking to broaden their professional toolkit with evidence‑informed cognitive‑behavioral coaching skills.
