4. Program Registration & Payment
To enroll in a program, you agree to:

pay all applicable fees
Payments are processed through third-party providers, which handle your payment details securely.
Enrollment is confirmed once payment is successfully completed.
5. Refund & Cancellation Policy
We want every participant to feel they are getting real value from the program. If, within the first two weeks of the start date, it doesn’t meet your expectations, you can withdraw and receive a full refund minus a $150 processing fee.
If CBC Training Institute cancels a program, participants will receive a full refund or the option to transfer to a future cohort.
All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email to info@cbc-training.com
*The program start date is defined as the first scheduled live session
6. Participation & Conduct
We are committed to creating a respectful and high-quality learning environment.
Participants agree to:
engage respectfully with instructors and peers
maintain professional behavior
avoid disruption during sessions
We reserve the right to remove participants from a program if behavior is inappropriate or disruptive. No refunds will be issued in such cases.
7. Confidentiality
Programs may include discussion of personal or professional experiences.
Participants agree to:
respect the confidentiality of others
not share personal information discussed in sessions outside the program
8. Recording of Sessions
Some group sessions may be recorded for educational purposes.
Recordings may be stored securely (e.g., Google Drive) and shared with participants in the program.
By participating, you consent to the possibility of being included in recordings.
Participants may not record sessions without prior written permission.
9. Intellectual Property
All materials provided by CBC Training Institute—including:
training content
frameworks
presentations
recordings
are the intellectual property of CBC Training Institute.
They are provided for personal educational use only.
You may not:
copy, reproduce, or distribute materials
share recordings outside the program
use the materials to create competing services
without prior written permission.
10. Educational & Professional Disclaimer
Our programs are educational and do not constitute:
psychotherapy
psychological treatment
medical or legal advice
Participation does not qualify you to practice therapy or diagnose mental health conditions unless you already hold appropriate credentials.
You are responsible for how you apply what you learn.
11. No Guarantee of Results
We do not guarantee specific outcomes, including:
professional success
business results
coaching outcomes
Results depend on individual effort and application.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, CBC Training Institute is not liable for:
indirect or consequential damages
loss of income or business

Our total liability, if any, is limited to the amount you paid for the program.

14. Force Majeure
CBC Training Institute is not responsible for delays or failure to deliver services due to events beyond our control, including but not limited to:

illness
natural disasters

In such cases, we will make reasonable efforts to reschedule or provide alternative solutions.

Recordings may be stored on Google Drive and made available to participants enrolled in the program.
By participating in group sessions, you acknowledge that recordings may occur.
Participants are not permitted to record sessions independently without prior written permission.
