This program is designed for coaches who are committed to deep learning, active participation, and professional growth.
By enrolling in this program, you agree to the following terms and expectations.
1. Program Overview
The Cognitive Behavioral Coaching – Continuing Coach Education Program is a structured professional training delivered over a 10–11 week period.
The program combines:
Asynchronous learning (AL) modules
Live (synchronous) sessions focused on skills practice and application
Each asynchronous module is directly connected to a corresponding live session, where participants are expected to demonstrate and apply the concepts learned.
2. Eligibility
This program is designed for qualified, experienced coaches and professionals with a solid foundation in coaching practice.
Participants are expected to meet at least one of the following:
-Hold an ICF or equivalent coaching credential
-Have completed 60+ hours of coach training
-Have 3+ years of professional coaching experience
Participants are responsible for ensuring that the program is aligned with their level of experience and professional goals.
CBC Training Institute reserves the right to refuse enrollment at its discretion.
3. Attendance & Participation Requirements
Asynchronous Learning (AL)
All asynchronous modules must be completed
Completion is verified through knowledge checks and quizzes
Each quiz must be successfully completed
Completion is required prior to attending the corresponding live session
Live (Synchronous) Sessions
Participants must attend at least 90% of all live sessions
Attendance is actively monitored
To be counted as present, participants must:
- Attend the full duration of each session
- Partial attendance (late arrival or early departure) may be counted as absence
- Keep their camera on throughout
- Join from a quiet, distraction-free environment
- Connect via computer (not mobile device)
Participants are expected to actively engage in:
discussions
- practice exercises
- coaching demonstrations
4. Completion Requirements
To receive a Certificate of Completion, participants must:
- Complete all asynchronous modules and pass all quizzes
- Attend at least 90% of live sessions
- Complete at least four coaching sessions applying CBC tools
- Submit five structured assignments
- Submit a final coaching case study project
- Meet all participation and engagement expectations
Failure to meet these requirements may result in non-completion of the program.
5. Use of Program Materials
Participants may apply the tools and frameworks learned in this program within their own coaching practice.
However, all program materials, including presentations, frameworks, recordings, and written content, remain the intellectual property of CBC Training Institute and may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, or used to create derivative or competing programs without prior written permission.
6. Participant Responsibility
Participants are responsible for:
- Their learning, engagement, and progress
- Completing all required coursework and practice
- Applying the material in a professional and ethical manner
- Seeking clarification or support when needed
Passive attendance alone is not sufficient for successful completion.
7. Professional Conduct
Participants are expected to maintain a respectful, professional, and collaborative learning environment, including:
- Respectful communication
- Openness to feedback
- Supporting a safe space for learning
8. Confidentiality
Participants agree to maintain the confidentiality of:
- Personal experiences shared
- Coaching cases discussed
- Any identifying information about participants or their clients
Confidential information may not be shared outside the program without explicit permission.
9. Recording of Sessions & Access
- Some sessions may be recorded for educational purposes
- Recordings are available only to enrolled participants
- Access is provided for the duration of the course only
Participants:
- Acknowledge that recordings may occur
- May not record sessions independently without written permission
CBC Training Institute is not responsible for the policies or practices of third-party platforms used to deliver the program (e.g., Zoom, Google Drive).
10. Scope of Practice
This program provides training in Cognitive Behavioral Coaching (CBC).
It does not:
- Provide psychotherapy or mental health treatment
- Qualify participants to diagnose or treat mental health conditions
- Grant a license to practice psychology, counseling, or therapy
Participants are responsible for ensuring their professional activities comply with applicable laws and regulations.
11. Removal from Program
CBC Training Institute reserves the right to remove a participant if they:
- Fail to meet attendance or participation requirements
- Engage in disruptive or inappropriate behavior
- Breach confidentiality
- Misuse program materials
- Fail to comply with program guidelines
Removal does not entitle the participant to a refund.
12. Refund & Cancellation Policy
We want you to feel confident in your decision to join the program.
If, during the first week of the program, you determine that the program is not the right fit for you, you may withdraw and receive a full refund minus a $150 processing fee.
After the first week of the program, all program fees are non-refundable.
If CBC Training Institute cancels a program, participants will receive a full refund or the option to transfer to a future cohort.
CBC Training Institute is not responsible for any additional costs incurred by participants, including but not limited to:
travel expenses
accommodation expenses
lost income
other incidental costs
All withdrawal or cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email to info@cbc-training.com
*The program start date is defined as the first scheduled live session
13. Limitation of Liability
Participation in the program is voluntary.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, CBC Training Institute will not be liable for:
- Indirect or consequential damages
- Loss of income or business
Total liability, if any, is limited to the amount paid for the program.
14. Indemnification
Participants agree to indemnify and hold harmless CBC Training Institute from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from:
- their use or misuse of the training
- their professional application of the material
- any violation of this agreement
15. Force Majeure
CBC Training Institute is not responsible for delays, disruptions, or changes due to events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to:
- technical failures
- internet outages
- illness
- natural disasters
- global or regional disruptions
In such cases, reasonable efforts will be made to reschedule or provide alternative solutions.
16. Agreement
By enrolling in this program, you acknowledge that you:
- understand the structure and requirements
- agree to meet all expectations
- accept responsibility for your learning and application
Scope of Practice Statement
CBC Training Institute provides education and training in Cognitive Behavioral Coaching (CBC) methods for use within professional coaching contexts.
Cognitive Behavioral Coaching is a coaching methodology, not a form of psychotherapy or psychological treatment. The programs offered by CBC Training Institute are intended to support the professional development of coaches and related professionals.
Participation in this training does not qualify individuals to diagnose or treat mental health conditions, nor does it grant a license to practice psychotherapy, psychology, counseling, or other regulated mental health professions.
Participants are responsible for ensuring that their professional activities comply with the laws, regulations, and ethical standards applicable in their jurisdiction and professional field
