Training Participation Agreement

This Training Participation Agreement applies to all individuals enrolling in programs offered by CBC Training Institute.

By registering for or participating in a CBC Training Institute program, you agree to the terms outlined below.

1. Purpose of the Program

CBC Training Institute provides educational training in Cognitive Behavioral Coaching (CBC) and related coaching skills.

Programs are designed for professional development and learning purposes.

Participation in a program does not grant a license to practice psychotherapy, psychology, or mental health treatment.

Participants remain responsible for ensuring their professional practice complies with the laws and regulations of their jurisdiction.

2. Professional Conduct

Participants are expected to maintain a respectful, collaborative, and professional learning environment.

Participants agree to:

Treat instructors and fellow participants with respect

Avoid disruptive or inappropriate behavior

Follow any program guidelines provided by instructors

CBC Training Institute reserves the right to remove participants from a program if behavior disrupts the learning environment.

3. Confidentiality

Training sessions may involve discussion of coaching cases, experiences, or personal reflections.

Participants agree to respect the confidentiality of all individuals in the program.

Information shared by participants during sessions should not be disclosed outside the training environment without permission.

4. Recording of Sessions

Some group theory sessions may be recorded for educational purposes.

Recordings may be stored securely on Google Drive and made available to participants enrolled in the program.

By participating in group sessions, you acknowledge and consent to the possibility of session recordings.

Participants may not record sessions independently without written permission from CBC Training Institute.

5. Intellectual Property

All training materials provided by CBC Training Institute—including but not limited to:

presentations

written materials

recordings

training frameworks

course content

remain the intellectual property of CBC Training Institute unless otherwise stated.

Participants may use these materials for personal educational purposes only.

Participants may not:

reproduce or distribute materials

share recordings outside the program

use the materials to create competing training programs

without prior written permission.

6. Responsibility for Application of Material

Participants are responsible for how they apply concepts, tools, and frameworks learned during the program.

CBC Training Institute is not responsible for outcomes related to how participants apply the training in their professional work.

7. Program Changes

CBC Training Institute reserves the right to make reasonable adjustments to:

program schedules

instructors

course content

delivery methods

when necessary.

8. Limitation of Liability

Participation in the program is voluntary.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, CBC Training Institute will not be liable for any indirect or consequential damages resulting from participation in training programs.

Scope of Practice Statement

CBC Training Institute provides education and training in Cognitive Behavioral Coaching (CBC) methods for use within professional coaching contexts.

 

Cognitive Behavioral Coaching is a coaching methodology, not a form of psychotherapy or psychological treatment. The programs offered by CBC Training Institute are intended to support the professional development of coaches and related professionals.

 

Participation in this training does not qualify individuals to diagnose or treat mental health conditions, nor does it grant a license to practice psychotherapy, psychology, counseling, or other regulated mental health professions.

 

Participants are responsible for ensuring that their professional activities comply with the laws, regulations, and ethical standards applicable in their jurisdiction and professional field

 

.Individuals seeking psychological or mental health treatment should consult a licensed mental health professional.
