What Our Students Are Saying

Our students are experienced, certified coaches who are already skilled at helping clients create change. Here's what they have to say about the CBC program.

"With more than 20 years of coaching leaders, teams, and individuals, I wasn't looking to reinvent my coaching. What I didn't expect was how profoundly the Cognitive Behavior Coaching program would change the way I think about helping clients create lasting change.
Rather than adding another tool to my toolkit, CBC gave me a practical, evidence based framework that brings together behavioral science, neuroscience, emotional regulation, and coaching into one cohesive approach. It has transformed the questions I ask, the interventions I choose, and how I help clients move from insight to meaningful behavior change.
This program has strengthened everything I already do well while giving me greater confidence in guiding clients toward sustainable results. It has been one of the most valuable investments I've made in my professional development."

Frequently Asked Questions

How long is the CBC Program

The CBC training program is a 40-hour course delivered over 10 weeks.

The first 8 weeks include a 3-hour theory session, which is recorded and can be attended live or watched at your convenience. In addition, there is a 1.5-hour skills training group each week that requires live attendance and active participation.

In the final three weeks, the program shifts to skills practice only, with no additional theory sessions.
